WHO IS TPA ?
A Third Party Administrator is a company that processes insurance claims admissible under an health insurance policy. In general, TPAs are independent but can also act as an entity belonging to the insurer/s. These bodies are licensed by Insurance Regulatory IRDAI.
Thus they help insurance companies in processing claims and also act in-between hospitals , customers and the insurance company .

You can go to the relevant TPA who is acting on behalf of the insurance company ,through whom you have purchased your mediclaim policy .
It's to be noted that the TPA Registration of Vision Digital Insurance TPA Private Limited had lapsed by virtue of time period and the IRDAI had rejected the their renewal application vide order dated 04.10.2021 . Now Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in WP(C) 10379/2021 has stayed the IRDAI order and the matter is sub-judice.
